Xi’an SAFTY Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of North Special Energy Group Co., Ltd., was established in September 2006 with a registered capital of ¥60 million. The company is located in the Xi'an Economic & Technological Development Zone and dedicated to the research, development, production, and sales of high-quality Lithium-ion batteries. SAFTY is recognized as a national “high-tech enterprise” and a specialized and innovative “Little Giant” enterprise (LGEs).

SAFTY batteries are widely used for drones, jump starters, power tools, and bionic robots, and become high-demond products on these niche markets. SAFTY has been a qualified battery supplier for numerous renowned domestic and oversea enterprises.

With the robust capability in lithium battery research and production,  comprehensive quality management system, and the well-established sales and service platform, SAFTY has built several provincial Innovation Labs. It operates six automated flexible production lines capable of manufacturing individual cells, modules, and systems across all levels. SAFTY has strong expertise in lithium battery research and manufacturing, holding 97 national patents and four provincial Scientific and Technological Progress Awards. It has presided over 30 municipal and provincial level research and industrialization projects and collaborates with several prestigious domestic universities and research institutes on various projects.
